Beautiful pillow of the Three Wisemen following the star to newborn Baby Jesus. Designed by filmmaker, Cimela Kidonakis. There is a Latin American tradition, and as a child, Cimela would place her shoes by the door the night before January 6th - This is the Epiphany, and the 12th day after Christmas, when the Magi arrived bearing gifts for baby Jesus. That morning Cimela along with her siblings, would receive gifts on this day, brought by the three kings, Melchor, Gaspar and Baltazar. Her father would often quiz the kids on the names of the three wisemen! This was a fun tradition and great way to remember the journey the three kings made to visit the newborn King.
